Two kitchens,
Two very different materials.
Which do you prefer and how would you change them up?
1.) Copper Accents
1954 Armstrong Kitchen
2.)Brick Accents
1953 Crane

I love #2. I like it as-is, but if I would change it I think I would add wood-finish cabinets vs. painted.

I love #2 but I'd like to take the cabinets from #1 and substitute them for the cabinets in #2

Love how #2 looks, but #1 has better counter space and storage.

I prefer #2 but I want the chairs, the clock, the flooring, and the Chemex coffee pot from #1.

Definitely number 2. I would change the awkward plywood (?) backsplash, but everything else can stay.
On the first one it looks like the side of the counter is spilling onto the floor and those veggie tiles are a special kind of ugly.

1 is more functional and looks like it belongs in a nice country home and I love the clock!
2 is looks much better. It also looks just like my kitchen from the Facebook Sims game which I miss.

#2. The fruits and vegetables on the cabinets are a liitle much from #1.

Number 2 looks a lot nicer but is way less functional. Really, who cooks in a cast iron cauldron over a burning pile of wood??? Hmmm??? But #1 is just so BUSY. It gives me a headache. So I vote: NEITHER.

#1 - and replace the ghastly flooring.

Can I have the flooring? That's the one part of that kitchen that I love. Okay, I'll have the chairs too. You can have everything else!

Pass. Floor in #1 is hideous, esp. crawling up the wall like that. #2 is marginally better but the colonial brick fireplace, no thanks.
