I wonder if the back of that thing puts out heat. My aunt had a fridge in her basement, near the bar, that wasn't flesh-up against a wall and you could feel warmth from the back of it when you walked by.

actually for us it would be perfect as we live in a crazy craftsman with stupid tiny but loooooon kitchen that we are trying to reconfig

we have an oddly laid out garden/patio home...hardly any yard to maintain, technically 3 bedrooms but one is ONLY usable as an office.

HUGE kitchen that's oddly laid out...big enough to hold a little dinette, but because of gross stupidity by the flippers (we had seen the house before the flippers bought it, and they offered more than we did at that time...we still got a good deal) we lost nearly HALF the bottom cabinet storage that it had before. instead of leaving in the gas counter-cooktop and letting the buyer replace the double wall stove the renter took with him, they cut out a space for a gas stove and took out the cabinet that would have held a double oven.

the house has other features we love, but losing a double cabinet? that's hit hard.
