Wouldn't it make more sense to have a general "18th century" or "1700s" tag? I just checked and, surprisingly, there isn't one. Although there is one for the 1600s.
A valet would be a much more prestigeous position. A valet is responsible for maintaining your wardrobe, helping you get dressed, suggesting proper outfits and accessories, basically responsible for your entire look at all times. At that time, a wealthy gentleman would change clothes at least 3 times a day. A valet might be a slave, but probably not a 15 y.o. one.
A body servant was a personal servant. He might sleep on a pallet outside the bedroom door, in case you need something in the night. He would follow you around to do any fetching and carrying needed. He would perform any discreet acts you didn't want to be seen doing, like carrying a message to your mistress. When you droveout in the carriage, he might act as footman -- there would be a place for him to stand or sit on the back of the carriage so he could hold the horses while you did whatever business. It was his job to get you home safe if you were out carousing and got too drunk. Etc, etc.
