I kind of think that guy at the railing is going to need a reflective heat suit before he gets burned. Seriously. He looks like he's admiring the view in short sleeves.
The hat... I like. It's cute, or maybe that's just the guy in the foreground making it work. But it won't stop the blast furnace. Maybe that's just a hookah lounge with a big orange chandelier?
