There is some truth to that. And it seems we've come full circle, as I work in retail and a lot of the juniors' and girls' clothing is now hanging, shapeless sweaters and shirts.
Yeah. I love vintage clothes, but this is definitely not my favorite era! I like waist and bust definition. This kind of sack would just make me look pregnant and/or dumpy.
As I said, I adore vintage fashion. The 1920s were not my favorite era, but if you ever had a chance to handle these garments and examine the construction, you would be floored by the beauty and intricacy.
I love 20's fashions, even though they'd be none too flattering on my body type. They're just really elegant-looking. And after the long reign of the corset, they must have felt great, too.
