I agree. It almost appears to be some torched meringue. It is the wrong consistency (and the brown...?) for cream of wheat, oatmeal, or rice pudding that have not been pureed.
It looks like porridge with brown sugar and a ton of milk to me. ASK ME how I know so well what said breakfast looks like. But it would taste vile with tomato juice!
