We had a Pacer station wagon when I was a kid. It was silver with fake wood and was butt-ugly. But inside it seemed huge, just like the ad says.

And yes, I posted earlier about my parents having owned an Isetta. We had a lot of memorable cars: the Isetta, the Pacer, for a while my dad had a Corvair, a Pinto... The cars were the bane of my existence as I got dropped off or picked up at school. I'd love to have that Pacer back, though, even if it was a mechanical nightmare.
