Smithbilt Hats is a Calgary, Alberta company that probably doesn't need to advertise much. After 100 years, the factory is still located in Southeast Calgary and is the official supplier of white hats for white hatting ceremonies. I found this vintage ad on their Twitter. I would guess this ad is from 1950 as Calgary was founded in 1875.

Biltmore Hats was a wholly Canadian company that produced hats out of Guelph, Ontario. It floundered in the early 2000s and was bought by an American businessman. You can still buy them today!
Here's a fascinating history of them if you are curious: https://www.guelphhistoricalsociety.ca/publications/historic-guelph/volume-47/biltmore-hats-a-brief-history

Two addresses for the price of one, here! At the Bowery location, a shop called New Modern Lighting currently occupies 145, with Brilliant LED and Noble Lighting, Inc. sharing the 147 storefront.
Meanwhile, at 771 Broadway, there’s a Starbuck’s™. Surprise, surprise.
