They claim a car from 1963 can get up to 40 miles per gallon? I find that very hard to believe. Was the mile shorter back then? Or the gallon larger?

I love the kids in the back... Not only un-seat belted but facing the wrong way. I know not using belts was more common then but the pic just cracks me up. They look like floating heads.
