I was distressed to note in Boots the other day that they are discontinuing my favourite hair dye. Not that I've ever dyed my hair - it's just the concept that appeals...



Not only did L'Oreal market a scarlet hair dye called Babylon. Look carefully and you'll note that it's colour code is 6.66! Either the beauty industry is being taken over by disciples of the Great Beast, or somebody's having a laugh marketting a product that pretty much shrieks 'whore!' to anybody with any kind of biblical background at all. 

L'Oreal - because you're the mother of abominations - kind of got a ring to it...

Wow, I don't think we ever got this color in the US. I do use L'Oreal hair color but I've never seen this title. The really demonic aspect of it is that these really vivid reds will transfer onto fabrics, such as your pillow cases, for several days after application, no matter how much you rinse.

Ugh. Happens to me every time I color, so I end up sleeping with my head on a dark towel. I've been coloring my hair since '77 and never saw this one -- or I would have used it! LOL! (Light reddish-blonde has a very boring color number. I feel cheated now.)

I don't know what the shade I get at the salon is actually called, but I call it "harlot red."
