The big fish in the center is actually a Mola mola or Ocean Sunfish. They actually look like that. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ocean_sunfish

Well of that I am aware, but I've never seen one that has been impaled with some kind of red fish and has an...eel stuck to it.
