I guess this stuff doesn't go bad, which often happens to me cause I buy more than the one lemon I actually need at a time thinking, "I'm sure to use it really soon," only to remember it several weeks later - a dried up, shrivelled thing to throw away. But I don't care if it's called ReaLemon, it doesn't taste like real lemons.

I'm sure you all wanted to know how I felt about this.

Actually, dried lemons and limes can be ground up and used as a souring agent in certain cuisines. I know they're used in Persian cooking, and I'm pretty sure they can be applied to Indian as well. :)
