as someone with fine hair I understand their point... I get a head full of fly away fluffies the day I wash and would so not wash my hair the day of a big event. That being said I do not see what that has to do with a 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner combo. Interesting that manageability as opposed to speed is the selling point.
Shampoos used to be a lot harsher. There's a reason some still say they're so gentle you can use them everyday, but it only really means anything to people over a certain age. I missed that era, so I just got stuck wondering why the shampoo had to give you permission to use it daily.
I sort of understand what they're talking about... hair is much easier to style when it's "dirty" - as in, 12 hours dirty. I generally wash mine the night before and then style it in the morning. Trying to fix it right after washing and drying it is a nightmare... it's frizzy and fly-away and basically looks like an explosion in a shredded wheat factory.
The sprig of...whatever in the hair is what's getting me. Hooray!
What exactly WAS in shampoos back in the day? I have fine hair that's quite flat most of the time, I still wash my hair everyday, and even before a big event.(Not that I've had a lot of them, but still.)
