Aw...in my family, cooking goes hand-in-hand with nurturing, nourishment, and all those warm feel-good fuzzies. I think people should have someone cook for them, even if it is just to let them know "Here, this is what REAL food tastes like."
I like throwing a bunch of veggies in there, like peas, edamame beans, spinach, carrots - ramen and their broth are a good start. Toss chunks of chicken in there, or already-cleaned shrimp. Millions of fun things to do with Ramen. Now we need an ad for Ramen Noodles!
