Oh yeah because the stylists did nothing to Chick on the Left's hair before shooting her. She's probably got more product in there than most people use in a month.

You can tell the growing popularity of the natural look really freaked out the beauty industry -- ads like this are so ridiculously aggressive.

I assume the one on the left is supposed to be a hippie or something, considering her use of 'dig,' and the one on the right is supposed to be sophisticated and glamorous.

To me, though, the left one looks like she's auditioning for both Hair and Cats this afternoon and the one on the right took a little too much Valium. She does get points for her hair matching both her dress and choker, though.
