It took some googling to find what these are. They are pamphlets put out by the Chicago Tribune, of 'words of wisdom' by a contributor named Richard Henry Little. "1927 Copy of "The Line Book" by RHL of the Chicago Tribune. Really kind of a booklet that was started in 1924 highlighting paragraghs and quotes compiled by this famous contributer." as described on a collectibles web site.
