"Pousse" can also mean "grow", so maybe "grow the love"? So maybe it's instructing the user to grow something to put the condom on, perhaps...

Seda is the Spanish word for silk. I assume that is what the names are refering to. #10 is called "Lucky Silk" and underneath it says "Seda profilactica"
