Barbie....and Midge! And guns for boys!!

I don't ever recall Midge as a Barbie companion. I find the 'toys for you boys' somewhat bemusing, especially with the guns pointing towards Barbie and Midge. [OT DST bitch: yesterday around 6am it was getting light, it's almost 6:30am and still dark.]

Yay! My sister and I had Midge dolls. My sister's looked like the one in the ad, and mine had a pixie cut and was reddish hair. We both had the Barbie except her hair was blond. :)

These Barbie ads are bringing back many happy memories! :) We used to play with our dolls forming clubs and her club and mine would get together for cook-outs and picnics and mysteries (read lots of Nancy Drew and Trixie Belden books, LOL!).
