KC BBQ doesnt do burgers. they do either burnt ends, or about 7 pounds of sliced meat on white bread (with the same weight in fries), and let you drown it in as much sauce as you like ;)

I could go for a big plate of burnt ends right now, but they just aren't available in this California backwater.

I am from kansas and learned about this in kansas history. Ground hog was NOT hamburgers. It is the animal groundhog. You know like groundhog day. They bbq'd some strange kritters.

Ah, that old Irish favorite, O'Possum. Served with boiled potatoes, I'd imagine.
