the lovebirds were in league with all the other birds, and when they got driven to "safety" they turned on the poor people in the car. I guess that's why there's fanfiction, to fill in the 'missing moments' of the film! The last poster is spectacular with the colors, mood, use of the Bodega Bay scenery ... ahh, Real nice.
