I actually ended up following the rabbit trail after posting this and it's a dude who has a pinterest site with nothing but incredibly sexist ads on it that he's collected from around the world.
I cant' imagine putting that much time or effort into that.
I only posted these because of the "holy shit!" reaction I had.
The thing is I use Google.fr which translates English search terms automatically so it must have had a weird burp or there is some french slang term that I'm unaware of that I accidentally triggered.
Looking around it looks like "AD" is a tag on a lot of french BDSM porn and I know "fleur" can be used as a sexual reference so I think it thought i was looking for light vintage bondage. (And probably also noticed all the advertising magazine cookies on my browser.)
Hello! Your entry got to top-25 of the most popular entries in LiveJournal! Learn more about LiveJournal Ratings in FAQ (https://www.dreamwidth.org/support/faqbrowse?faqid=303).
I posted this below.. the company offered a free pair of knee pads if you returned an empty case of bottles to the store (yes, seriously, that is a real thing that happened)
The second one, though. My gut on that was probably real, because it's consistent with everything I know about Russian advertising.. but probably not vintage.
Anyway I did a little digging and I found that this is very much a real ad (although not Russian - it's Bulgarian). It seems to be from around 2010 and additional fun fact: the company ran a promotion to go along with it where you could get a free pair of knee pads if you returned an empty bottle to the store.

I wasn't trying to claim that it was vintage - just that it came up when searching for vintage flower ads.
