This was—apparently—the 80s remake of The Woman in Red, although I thought Gilda Radner was in it.

Gilda Radner was in it, but the poster features Kelly Le Brock (in a pose reminiscent of Marilyn Monroe, but scrawny, disheveled, dissipated, and suffering from ennui— and perhaps a touch of constipation.)
