Smoking a big plus, looks like. Hard to remember sometimes how smoking was EVERYWHERE in society back in the day, even hospitals! The patients were often encouraged to smoke, especially in military hospitals. Doctors and nurses smoked like chimneys. Ironically, the people you see huddled out in the cold and wind in outside smoking areas these days on hospital grounds are usually the doctors and nurses, not the visitors or the patients!
