I have not been really on livejournal that much lately. I have been so busy with getting Christmas ready and then had troubles with my boyfriend. Broke up and now back together trying to make sense of everything and work on our relationship and just us. Not allowing any outside sources to influence us...hoping it will work. :\ What do you guys think? PLUS I got Sinusitis and then threw up vigourously Friday morning from Food Poisoning. :( It's been the worst weekend EVER!!! Feeling a bit better once I got some steroids after I went to the ER cause I was so tired of being dizzy and so much sinus pressure...anyways...just wanted to update you guys on EVERYTHING going on. :D Sorry I know this isn't a journal but a community, but you guys are friends and I want you to know if anything is to happen to you, I am here to listen. Love ya guys and here is my daily challenge of an ice skating ad for Miss Tia's DAILY CHALLENGE! :D

if you're dizzy due to sinus pressure that's a vestibular issue and the best thing to take is lasix (RX) or an OTC diuretic---find one w/o caffeine.....also get some OTC dramamine, RX mecklizine for vertigo (motion sickness) that will help with dizziness due to sinus issues/vestibular issues.....

honestly steroids will only treat the cause of sinus problems---as in my case i have horrible allergies so i get kenalog shots about every 3-4 months.......it won't cure the underlying cause....now i can't do anything about seasonal allergies---aside from living in a bubble, HAH! :) but i did discover that my dairy allergy recently got ramped up---to the point i had 'airplane ear' for a week and the dr. discussed me possible getting tubes in my ears! that made me think, wait a sec, why don't i cut out dairy and see what happens? WORLD OF DIFFERENCE!!!!!

of course, your causes are/will be totally different and that's just MY experience i'm relaying!!! i also had vertigo once for a year, so i know vestibular issues.....i finally found an expert and was diagnosed with vestibular migraines---ear doesn't hurt, head doesn't hurt, just throws my vestibular system out of whack.....

this is a community, but people are welcome to share whatever they wish about themselves!!! Christmas Eve i'll have an open post too!!

This time of year is stressful on relationships.

See how you feel in January when all the pressure to be around family and friends and be "happy" is over and you'll have a better sense of how you and him interact on a regular level.

And try not to get grossed out at all the people getting engaged on Christmas and New Year's.

Whenever I'm having relationship issues around the holiday suddenly there is an engagement epidemic.
