Wow. they actually thought lower rent was a selling point for a sleeper sofa.

I wonder if the construction of this foldout eliminated that nasty metal bar in the middle of every sofabed I've ever slept on? See how the bed goes lengthways, with the 'headboard' to one side rather than at the pillow end of the bed.
