They are cute, but I can't wear heels. In fact, I can't even stand up in them.

Same here. I'd never wear these or any heels! I'm amazed when I see women wearing heels and picture what their foot is actually doing. Most of the heels nowadays, women are standing on their tippytoes. Out at night, I've seen too many women twist their ankles or even fall flat on their face. At every wedding I've been to, all the women are running around barefoot because their shoes are so painful. Why do women still wear heels when we know better?
