although the astrowench on the vornado fan is serious weirdness...

those fans are off-the-wall fabulous. we had one when we lived in the house whose former owner went with a 1.5 ton a/c unit when it needed a 2.5 ton unit. it kept us cool, which is saying a LOT in florida summer. we helped things along by using tinfoil on the windows, but dang. cool.

and yes, the borden cattle...they eliminated elmer pretty quick (sent him to the glue factory perhaps?) and beauregard went off to summmer camp and never came back. (hmm, he consumed a LOT of dairy products, maybe veal?"
