There absolutely has been a Hydrox/Oreo war (http://articles.chicagotribune.com/2008-05-29/news/0805290489_1_oreo-cookie-kellogg); for one thing, Hydrox™ was around first, wasn't it?

How can you have two things that are so similar and not have a fight about it? (I always preferred Hydrox, myself.) I didn't know they had disappeared, however; probably because there are Newman-O's.
