WTF is an "Unborn" grind show?

my thought would be that a "grind show" would be any show that people (the "grind") walk through. an Unborn grind show, then, would be one of those shows that had things in specimen bottles, such as malformed infants. (which were often rubber fakes, thank the gods!)
