Friday March 6 thru Sunday March 8 Weekend Events: Ads mentioning March and ads for funeral items/funerals, etc--yes, really, let's refer it to as 'death of winter' cuz it needs to DIE---there are ads for funeral items, funerals, burial plots, etc an unrepresented area in vintage ads! AND I'm tossing in clock ads as some of use go forward this weekend time wise.....

so we have for the weekend:

Funeral related ads---the business of death

Also, our contest for makeup/cosmetic ads will be accepting entries thru Tuesday and I'll post the finalists Wednesday morning. Remember if you'd like an ad to go to the finals to put a YES in the comments.

Ooh, could I make a suggestion for next weekend? March 14 is pi(e) day, so maybe we could also have ads about math and pies as a one day event.
