We only ever had Hydrox at home, because they were Kosher.

I seem to recall seeing Hydrox more than Oreos. I think they were cheaper. Usually it was cheap store brand knockoff anyway because poor.

Pick a third option: Mother’s™. The Chocolate Chip Angel cookies were a childhood fave.

I've never even seen a Hydrox. It sounds like a bathroom cleansing agent.

But damn if I don't want some crumbled cookies in strawberry ice cream now.

The cookie part of the Hydrox was a little firmer and had more of a crunch, and I don't think there was that much creme filling in them. I kind of liked them a little better. Not that I didn't like Oreos...

Bc I'm hankering to eat something that sounds like it can clean rusty pipes.

I LOVED Hydrox as kid. They were not as sweet and the chocolate was richer.
