(Homemade mayonnaise really is better, and easy if you use a food processor.  And let me make clear that this is indeed mayonnaise, and not the "mayonnaise" depicted in That Notorious Other Ad.)

Yes! Because fresh mayonnaise is delicious. Just make sure not to use Smith & Wesson oil instead.

I really dislike mayonnaise but that ad has a gorgeous graphic quality and the ingredients are clearly put together by someone who knows how to make a good mayonnaise. If only more cookbooks were this beautifully done.
