roy rogers was a really GOOD man. he did a lot of good things for handicapped children in the days before such things were done, he married a woman (dale evans) whose son (that she had at age 15 with her first husband) who had been "covered up" by the music industry as being her teenaged brother. (after they were married, he insisted that the truth come out, even though he was aware of the truth before they married.)
his second marriage, her *fourth*, and they were together the rest of their lives. something had to have been going right, you know? good guy. she was a bit overpowering-christian, but he was always a good man.
