More summertime fun, and death, for the kids. There was an issue with this occasionally getting caught in children's mouths, and killing them. Kids will be kids. They will put anything in their mouths.

Oh man, I never had one of these, but I remember seeing the TV commercial as a kid and it used to freak me out and fascinate me at the same time (if that makes any sense: admittedly, I was a weird kid...)
