I wonder what year this was? Pre-Civil War? Post? The stovepipe hats definitely put it somewhere in that time period.

The two men in the flat caps on the left are probably immigrants still wearing the style of their homeland, wherever that might be. I'm tempted to say Turkey, but I really have no idea.
