Oh god those pink and black containers are darling. Could someone tell me what the handled things are just below the pots and pans in the upper right? If I had to guess I would assume they were ice shavers.

They're ice crushers. I have the one on the left, but in white! I found it in my mom's kitchen when my sister and I were helping her clean out her cabinets a few years ago and quickly absconded with it. :)

defintely ice crushers! they chopped iced into little chunks (which was really nice when a person was sick). the model we had doesn't seem to be listed, but it attached to the wall and did a marvelous job. :)

So much of this exact stuff we had in my house when I was a kid! Ice crusher, bathroom scale, appliance cozies, hamper, even those metal salt and pepper shakers! I have a feeling my mother did a lot of shopping in the housewares department at Sears.

i like the pink and black canister set!

and my granny had set M, she always kept the can full of bacon grease. she cooked EVERYTHING with that...and i can remember her re-cooking cold meat (like leftover pork chops) in bacon grease. OMG artery-hardening, but SO good!

edit to add YES
