i'm now headdesking, remembering that fall when mama got it into her head that she needed new door pulls for her cabinets...and we went to 10 different hardware stores trying to find something she liked.
it ended up being white ceramic pulls with flowers painted on them. daisies, i think. (i'm repressing, and they moved from that house over a decade ago)
