I don't think it was necessarily the Underground they were advertising but London Transport in general. You could look out the windows of the double decker busses. Sigh.

Transport for London has lots of merchandise in their online shop: http://shop.tfl.gov.uk/home.html , including posters, and they ship worldwide. They have a fantastic museum and shop at Covent Garden in London. I like to stop by the shop whenever I'm on that side of the pond. *is big Tube history dork*

I like the old logo. They've kept the basic shape. Wikipedia has some interesting information about the history of the brand.
