I can't get behind the figure control part, but I can totally get behind the long undies movement. I can't seem to EVER find ladies undies that have an inseam that actually comes down the thigh and as a pretty average sized girl whose thighs touch... yowza. Chafing prevention alone would be worth the investment.

Pettipants (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pettipants) would be far more comfortable -- and a lot cheaper. But good luck finding them in anything but nylon.
