Egypt exported a lot of cigarettes around the turn of the 20th century, and there were a number of different brands. Egyptian cigarettes became so popular that there were knock-off brands, not really from Egypt, but branded to look as if they were...including Camels.

Try a search on Ebay for Egyptian cigarettes to see some of the ultra-cool tins and boxes from various brands of Egyptian cigarettes.
