If it were really authentic passion fruit juice, it might work well, although PF tends to be VERY sour and as a result is usually thinned and over-sweetened.

This swill is probably the very reason for the EU rules that only the stuff from the Champagne region can be called champagne. That said, if made with real fruit juice it could be jummy. And I LOVE those coupes.

Bali Hai was the Hai Karate of alcohol. It tasted like fruity sugary bubbly, all of which conspired to get the alcohol into your bloodstream. Unfortunately, for most people I knew who drank it, it didn't stay in the stomach long enough to make much difference as it often came up the same way it went down.

Swill is a charitable label for this stuff.
