That's not a great area anymore - like much if Houston. I believe that's the Maxwell House coffee plant. I can smell the coffee roasting some mornings on my way to work downtown.
I didn't realize the plant had been sold! I'm a little like those little figures that comes out of the clock and rings the chimes on the hour. I drive to and from work with out looking up much apparently! Somebody is roasting coffee over there, if not at the same plant then perhaps at the old Continental Coffee on Navigation. I worked there nearly 18 years ago right after they'd bought out Maryland Club. Don't know if it's still Continental or if someone else has since taken over.
Still one barrier remaining. I ain't seen no pink tacos yet! But I have to admit this one cracks me up. Must be chilly in there! Or maybe she likes looking at her opponent!
