How can you possibly make this bath more luxurious?



Why, with two-tone toilet paper, of course.

Or you could do something with the color, because I'm not quite sure this bathroom is yellow enough.

MY EYES! THEY BURN! The matching drapes/wallpaper wound my soul. The color is WAY more than enough, but I'm adamantly opposed to nonessential fabrics in the bathroom, carpet especially, anyway. Towels are important, robes have their place, I'm ok with a small rug. But that's it.

I was thinking that too, like why have large windows that you have to worry about hiding with draperies? I'm quite sure the toilet area also has a partition or stall around it, since if you have that large of a bathroom you have servants water plants and clean the windows.

Every time I see this ad, it makes me think of Charlotte Perkins Gilman (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Yellow_Wallpaper)

See, now when I was little, I would have loved that bathroom! The semi-sunken tub, all the fancy stuff on the vanity, the chandelier... oh man! I bet you wouldn't have been able to pry me out of there; I would have been in there doing what my mom called "slopping around". I would have wrecked that woodsy bit in days, stomping around in it, playing.

Totally the kind of bathroom found in childless households, or ones where the kids are controlled by a strict nanny.
