I really do want a peek at the booklet for grown ups. However, I fear the Dutch Boy's Party will be a bust, either as a social gathering or as a political party. Like a lead balloon.

Anyone have any idea how lead was used in shoes/soles?

Lead is/was used in some rubber products, like soles, but I'm not sure what qualities it was supposed to impart.
