The Preacher parody was from Wizard magazine, back in the days when it was decent.

I'd be first in line for a Hostess Comic Book Ad anthology, but the licensing fees would certainly keep it from being made. In addition to Marvel and DC characters, ads appeared in Archie, Harvey and Whitman comics (featuring off-model versions of the Looney Tunes cast).
