They should reissue the laced espadrille, the hipsters would love those. Personally I would prefer the one she is wearing too.

I love the shoes, but the brand name, the rubber company is interesting. I'm sure there's a story there. With the war and all, they're making espadrilles instead of using rubber. I guess it's a better advertisement than showing naked servicemen snapping each others' butts with towels that are no longer on the market for the duration.
