Earl Barton was the choreographer for "Rock Around the Clock" and "Valley of the Dolls," among some other less-remembered rock and roll movies. He also choreographed and danced for various TV variety shows, stage shows in Los Angeles including a revival of "Can-Can," and later went on to work choreographing revues in Las Vegas. Details about his life are hard to find, but apparently he was married at various times to at least two of his (female) dancers. He was on-screen as one of the minor brothers in "Seven Brides for Seven Brothers."
