Just floating a few lemon slices on the surface won't make the water brownish and opaque like that. Either she was really dirty when she got in the tub or she needs to call her water company and report a problem. Gross!

What are the benefits of a lemon bath supposed to be? Is it an astringent? Does the citric acid do something? Just how many lemons did she have to cut/squeeze for that bath to make it look like a tub full of lemonade?

That's all I could think about looking at that! And I can't imagine it feels too great on other body orifices, either. I wouldn't think lemon juice plus a urethra is a pleasant sensation.

Combined with the water I would think the lemon juice would be the equivalent of a vinegar and water douche - which shouldn't sting unless madame has a rampant infection of some sort . Yes, I know douching is evil, but I'm old enough to remember the days when it was thought to be part of a lady's hygiene regimen.
