It was still around in the 60s and 70s; I loved the smell of that soap when I was little. Mom used to put bars of this in stored luggage, in the linen closet, and in underwear drawers to keep things smelling nice, too.

And it's still around in the 2010s. There's a store in my town that sells it. I've never bought it, but I remember seeing it near the ethnic skin and hair care section.

It's definitely in the grocery stores where I live (East Coast, USA).

I also live in an East Coast state. Maybe it's only carried in some regions, but it's also available online (of course!)

I still like the smell of Cashmere Bouquet! It's still around, too, as I find it sometimes at dollar stores and Big Lots.

I fell in love with it in the late 80s when I encountered it as the hotel soap at the little resort hotel my aunt had her wedding in, and made it my personal soap for a couple of years, before I got into sandlewood and patchouli. It'd be fun to get some again, but I think it might not go so well...my tolerance to perfumes is nil now. :(

I remember Cashmere Bouquet as dainty hotel soaps. We never had it at home (only Dove), but I liked to take home the pretty mini-bars of Cashmere Bouquet after family vacations.

They sell it at the local Hispanic 99 cent stores. I bought some, and loved it!

Good to know. Thanks for the tip!

That ad is very deceptive. It's hard to tell it's a soap advertisement at first (the Harlequin look made me think "makeup ad")

On an unrelated note, I'm glad that I finally have the PERFECT place to use this icon. LOL

Do they still make that kind of soap? I used to use it in my early 20s (1990s) because it was cheap, but I haven't seen any of it locally in a long time.
