[I'm of two minds: One, I believe people should be free to make their own decisions, including being free to sell what people are free to buy if they choose. On the other, as somebody pointed out, tobacco is one of the few products still legally sold that need not be misused to be fatal. If used as intended, it kills people. I can see how a society would wish to protect its members from that. The problem is, where do you stop 'protecting' people and allow them to be decision-making adults?]
